Sixteen (16) years of business, clinical, interoperability, process, data and systems analysis. Two (2) years of analysis/design/development of business intelligence analytic and reporting solutions.   Extensive experience in government (VHA, DoD) and private sectors, working with external/ internal leadership, management and staff to capture requirements, model processes and design solutions.  Extensive experience engaging the client in agile requirements gathering, design, process analysis and testing.
